Bobbi from Laing & Simmons St George is the only agent I would recommend to all my friends or to anyone who want to sell their house really. We first met Bobbi at one of his open house. He is the most genuine, friendly, very positive, enthusiastic and fantastic person to deal with. During our campaign, he looked after us so well, kept us informed and very knowledgeable. He is always available when we need him and very prompt in responding. I should also say his follow ups to potential buyers are so awesome! Never seen anyone so dedicated and just never give up. Thank you Bobbi! Best auction with best result. Couldn't be happier :)

We found Dimitri a pleasure to work with from the moment he first walked in our door. His personality is infectious and he makes us feel we are not just a number. His professional approach to his job makes it almost like it is not even a job for him, his extensive knowledge of all aspects of the market and thorough detail he showed to our property was exceptional. We not only got more than we had hoped in price but we also learnt so much about property from Dimitri. We would use Dimitri at any property we decide to sell and hope we cross paths with him again. Dimitri was an absolute pleasure to deal with - always professional, on time, attentive and very knowledgeable. We know that we couldn't have gotten a better result on the sale of our unit. We would use Dimitri and Laing + Simmons St George again in a heartbeat. Everyone at the agency was helpful, especially Bobbi, who even went out of his way to help us find a new place. After interviewing several agents and being pushed towards a 4 week auction campaign , Dimitri and Sasha came up with a marketing strategy for our house that far exceeded our expectations . The combination of listening, empathy , professionalism and knowledge of current market conditions made the whole experience extremely positive and unique . The team put our minds at ease and they contributed as a whole unit to calm what is a potentially stressful experience for a seller. Some days we still can't believe the photographs and videos were of our house , such was the standard of they marketing campaign. We strongly believe the results achieved were due to the team at Laing and Simmons St George. Greg and his team made our experience a dream. Everyone warned us selling a house is going to be hell. It was the exact opposite. Greg and the team bent over backwards to keep us informed. Very happy with Johns listening skills and patience and understanding Due to the above attributes I maintained my contact with John and listed with him after a year due to legal hold ups I remained loyal to John due to his understanding personality even though he changed offices from Mcgrath and I knew his team were busy with their new business but I remained loyal I have expressed all of the above personally to John I also thank Sacha for his experience and industry knowledge and negotiation skills
