The Best Agency
A Great team to work with. Thankyou for your services. I hope the virtual inspections have ceased as tenant did not photograph, nor reported the broken back door dead-lock, drawings on the wall by their child, filthy, sticky floors,dog poos left & holes dug by the dogs, along with the fly screens & outside walls damaged by their dogs. Covid was not kind to us landlords.Looking forward to eyeball inspections in the future.

Poor effort
The best part of my experiences with this agency has been my interactions with their receptionist, who has been friendly and helpful every time. During the application process, everything went smoothly. The agent in charge was okay with her communication, although sometimes had difficulty adhering to her own response deadlines that she herself set. But it was never a big problem. However, the rental contract and condition report were given to me with next to no time to review them before getting the keys and signing. Issues with the house were deliberately withheld until the last minute, and even then buried in the fine print. Certain parts of the property were in poor condition on the move in date, despite being told the property had been “professionally cleaned”. Just because you pay someone to do something, it doesn’t mean they’re a professional. Promises by the agent of issues being taken care of “that day” are not taken care of even a week or more later. Phone calls are not answered or returned. Emails are ignored for days on end. I’m not sure how much of my experience with this agency is attributable to the agents or to the landlords, but if the agents were managing the property properly I doubt I’d have had the issues I’ve had.
