Easy, and great communication
I have been lucky enough to be with this company from day 1 in St Mary's and have found this Real Estate to be helpful and customer friendly from the start. I would suggest to the St Mary's Laing and Simmons that keep Stephanie Halteh for as long as you can as she is a major asset for the company. She has helped me so much and without fuss. I cannot praise her enough.

Megan Crowe Is A Great Property Manager
I was a bit apprehensive when LJ Hooker advised me that they were merging with Laing + Simmons over a year ago as I had been with LJ Hooker for nearly 10 years. However, when they told me that Megan Crowe would still be managing my rental property, I was relieved as I find her very efficient, thorough and easy to talk to. When my previous tenants moved out, I was worried that my property might stay vacant for a while but to my surprise, I got a new tenant a week after. Megan listened and took note of my concerns about getting suitable tenants and so far she has always delivered. She takes her job seriously and is an asset to Laing + Simmons and I have no hesitation in recommending her to other clients.

Wow much better than the rest!
After 12years with a property manager that let my place get run down, I found these guys... professional photos, personal touch and they got me a good tenant... they didn't except the first applicant! That's what you want
