About Robert

Rob's involvement in the Real Estate industry over the past 30 years provides him with extensive experience in assisting his clients. As Principal of the LandLink Realty Group, you can be assured that you are working with someone who has the expertise and professionalism that is required. After originally working in Victoria, the decision to move to the Gold Coast in 1999, inspired the opening of LandLink's Southport office and allowed Rob to bring his interstate experience to the real estate industry on the Gold Coast. He negotiates residential and commercial sales across the entire Gold Coast, especially in the highly sought after Griffith University and Medical Precinct of Southport & Chirn Park Village. Rob has been responsible for record breaking sales, including the Hanford Estate at Paradise Point, that recalibrated the market for developers and influenced the GCCC Town Plan. He has an extensive knowledge of the building code, along with legal and development restraints associated with local properties. Rob's large family have thrived on the Gold Coast and he loves to boast about the excellent facilities & opportunities it provides to residents and investors alike. Personally, he has enjoyed renovating and building homes to an award winning standard, with properties featured in the Home Beautiful magazine. Rob is a real gentleman and a trustworthy professional.

We were really happy to buy our apartment through Rob. He was a friendly straight up guy and nothing was too hard. Exceptional

A quick and easy sale for a good price
