I do not often write reviews for people I encounter in business, however, I am making an exception for Lee Chan, who was our Agent charged with the job of selling our 2 bdr unit in Chiswick recently. When we decided to sell our unit the heat had already died down in the real estate market and auction sales were increasingly becoming less effective. Lee convinced us that we should let her sell our property via private treaty and place faith in her expertise. She was highly professional from the outset and right throughout the sale campaign. She gave us a clear indication of the sale price she expected to achieve for our property and she met those expectations within 3 weeks of commencing the process. We obtained a very good sale price for our unit in a market that was beginning to cool off. Lee and her son Eric did an exceptionally good job. That approach resulted in tardy sales for several comparable properties put on the market at the same time in our area. . employing efficient "value for money" contractors in her supply chain, The stylists, photographers, copy writers obviously enjoy working for Lee. This efficiency and cheerfulness shines through when they perform their work on the property. You cannot fake this type of warmth and pleasantness . using her substantial negotiating skills to achieve a very satisfactory price within eight days . having Eric as her "nuts and bolts" man . several after sales contacts to ensure that everything was OK with our transitioning out of the property
