My sister and I first met Mark under difficult circumstances in 2014, given our lack of knowledge in the real estate market, Mark gave freely of his time and assisted us with basic information that was required by Government Departments, all that we needed at that time. Forward to 2017 we needed to sell our deceased parents home, our family home, it was again a difficult time because we were selling our family home and it was where we shared so many happy memories of our parents and our childhood. Again, we contacted Mark but we also contacted two other agents as well. We wanted to make sure that the agent was going to share the same care and respect for our parents home in selling it as we had. Although all of the agents had the same basic strategy for selling, we found Mark to be the best prepared overall. The lead up to the first open was tense, but Mark was on the phone to me within 10 minutes of the end of the open updating us on what happened, this was Saturday morning, by Monday we had 3 signed offers, with 2 above asking price and 5 other interested parties, contract signed there and then with 30 day settlement.
