This was our third time selling a house through Mark Lands & his team at Lands Real Estate, prior to the first sale with him we had a more high end & very well known real estate company in Adelaide attempt to sell this first property and it was a shambles, basically promising the world & delivering nothing (I think their business was based on if your not located in Magill or Norwood make money out of marketing costs really), we also realised that they knew nothing about the North Eastern Adelaide market. So Mark has been absolutely brilliant, he got the prices we were after on all these properties (we also just sold another older home through him recently & that was a really amazing outcome) but not only that he is a genuine person and in real estate that can be very hard to find. Mark was a true professional from his first visit to our house, giving great advice and displayed a wealth of knowledge not only of the area but in the art of sales. The fact that Lands use the Vendor Portal so my wife and I could see every conversation that was happening between Mark, his team and potential buyers made the process a lot simpler. We met with 4 agents before signing up with Mark. We were moving interstate and needed a quick sale and a long settlement. Mark assured us he had buyers on his database who would love our house and he did. It sold within days of going on the market for more than even Mark expected. He negotiated the long settlement we needed and kept in touch to make sure we knew everything was on track up to and including settlement day. I would use Mark again without hesitation if he ever relocates to Cairns.
