We can't rave enough about Mark and the Lands Real Estate team. After sending a contact me email when looking for an agent at midnight, that morning at 9.10 I had a return phone call and a date booked for a meeting with Mark and later that same day an Information pack was delivered. We were impressed straight away! At our first meeting Mark made both of us feel at ease with his friendly personality and good communication, he spent time going through everything with us getting to know our house , explaining his knowledge and research of our area, the process of sale and his negotiation techniques. We were sold! Lines of communication were open, free to make contact and ask questions as needed, the locked in portal also enabled us to keep track of the results of open inspections and see first hand how the team followed up leads. When we found the house we wanted to buy ourselves quicker than expected, Mark gave us advice on negotiation and price range and the best offer we can put in and even communicated with the other agent to help him reassure his own vendors that we were close to sale. He went above and beyond. When the offers did come in for our house as he said they would we were again floored when Mark told us they were 10000 over what we thought we would be able to get and we were ecstatic! Mark and his team did an amazing job and we would recommend Mark to anyone wanting a quality real estate agent and would use him again in a heart beat. Thanks again! Job Well Done!
