Winners are grinners and if you choose Dave as your agent you'll be wearing as big a smile as I am presently. Now don't get me wrong, selling a property, especially now when there is a downturn, is a very stressful time with ups and downs (and there were a few) but Dave and his team are a well oiled-machine and they work their hardest at making the process as smooth as possible (good communication and information - you're never left in the dark) .
