It is many years since I have sold a property. Dave guided us through the process from day one. We were invited to his office to discuss our expectations of price and how the process would proceed. He and his team are a young enthusiastic crew and capably use modern communication techniques which we appreciate. We knew well in advance when house inspections were scheduled and what the timeframe was for the entire process. He did not try to oversell or push his point of view. We felt entirely comfortable with his approach. We were well versed by Dave as to what to expect on auction day. The only part we weren’t sure about was the amazing price we got for the house at the end of the auction. I would recommend Dave to any prospective seller.
