Friendly and relatable
Roland and his team took care of everything. We live in another state so the sale of our property was being in trusted to Lane and Campos. They had many established relationships with services we required and this made the steps to make it to sale very easy. It was a quick and easy settlement from their end. Assisting us with matters whenever we needed. We would use Roland again

Lane Campos managed the sale of our investment property in Mayfield. Roland Campos went above and beyond in advertising and displaying our property. We are based in Sydney and didnt need to do anything. Roland even managed a crisis of a flooded kitchen, organising a plumber and mopping up to hve everything ready for the open home a couple of hours later. We got the price we were looking for! I would not hesitate to recommend Roland and the team for your real estate sale and purchase needs.

Roland Campos is an Exceptional Agent
This was my second sale with Roland Campos and again, I find it hard to express my gratitude for his expertise. There are agents out there and then there is Roland. Roland is genuine, professional but most of all, Roland is on your side from day 1 till final settlement. The way he sells a property means that the buyer must also see this side of his character. They would feel safe that he is honest with them as he was with me. His team are so in tuned with each other that you just know that you are being taken care of and that your property is in the best hands possible, nothing was too minor or too hard to deal with. I can’t recommend Roland highly enough. I said it before and I’ll repeat it here again. The sale was such a good experience that I wish I had more properties to sell!!!

Excellent agent!
Bec is an honest, ethical, hardworking agent who made the process of selling my house so easy and stress-free. She was absolutely lovely and her communication and guidance throughout the whole process was excellent. She gave great advise on how best to prepare the property for sale and it was obvious she puts a lot of thought and care into her clients and the potential buyers/buyers. Excellent Agent in Newcastle
Bec was extremely easy to work with, and very professional throughout the whole sales experience. Her communication was great, and regularly checked in to ensure I was up to date and comfortable with everything going on from getting the property prepared for sale, throughout the sales campaign, and finalising the contract. A relatively painless experience as far as selling a property goes!
A local person recommended Lane Campos. I had a few other agents I dealt with, but Roland’s sales package was very good regarding internet sites, ancillary staff & related contacts such as the photographer, available cleaners, etc. Once he had presented his sales package, he didn’t hassle me - just let me make my decision. I found his market appraisal fair & the property sold above the originally stated price on the internet sites. He was a pleasure to work with - down to earth and just drives a Mini (not a Porsche or Lamborghini like several other agents I’ve come across)! I gladly recommend Lane Campos as reliable agents & enjoyable to work with!
