I assisted my uncle, who was unwell, to sell a property through Dave Lane. The property had just been listed, when I called Dave to explain who I was and to nominate me as the point of contact. Dave was very understanding and while extremely professional, he was also very down to earth and explained the whole process in easy to understand language. Talking to Dave was like talking to a mate. There were a few hiccups along the way, with some issues regarding tenants in the property, rubbish left behind, lost keys etc, however nothing was too much trouble for Dave, who handled all these matters promptly and efficiently, checking with me at every step. The property sold in a few weeks for an amount that far exceeded my uncle’s expectations and we, my uncle and I, would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Dave to any potential vendor. If I ever need to sell a property, Dave will get the job!!

Dave made sure the process of selling our house was an easy one. At each step along the way he guided us to make sure we received the best price for our place. He was open and realistic with a sale price and we ended up selling for a lot more than we were expecting. Dave is such a genuine person and makes sellers and buyers comfortable. Bec and the team at Lane Campos were simply wonderful to work with! Their strategic and professional approach to selling as well as a great understanding of the market made the sales process super easy and low stress, especially to first time sellers (us!) who really had no experience or much idea of how the whole process works! They had great systems in place to communicate effectively through the whole campaign and went above and beyond to help out when needed. We were extremely happy with the result that was achieved.
