Before I engaged Dave to sell my home I had signed up with another agent who was pushy and did not fully disclose all fees. This did not occur with Dave. Dave made me feel comfortable during the whole experience. He kept me fully informed every step of the way. I never once felt pressured into making a decision I did not want to make. Dave has an easy-going and confident persona. He knows how to speak with all parties involved as if they are the only person important to him in the moment. When Dave was on holidays his staff stepped up and filled his shoes equally as well. I never felt that because Dave was on leave that the sale of my home was on hold.
