Dave is the first realestate agent that works to get you the price you want and not push you into decreasing your price. He keeps you informed every step of the way and explains everything in detail. I would never use anyone else but Dave and his amazing team at Lane Campos.

Appreciative
This is our second time working with Roland. On both occasions we have found Roland and his team honest, open and trustworthy. We would highly recommend Roland and he’s team for anyone either looking at selling or purchasing their next property. Roland had a sound understanding of what we were looking for in our new home. He continually kept in contact with us regarding any opportunities that became available. This consistent service is very few and far between.

Perfect Professional
Roland was in constant communication with me during the entire sale process, ensuring that I was up-to-date and well informed. Friendly, down to earth & gets the job done quickly!
Dave made us feel comfortable from the second we met him. He was certainly hit with some huge obstacles when selling our house due to the pandemic. Dave always remained cool, calm and collected and guided us through our worries during the unprecedented times and in the end secured us a quick sale for a wonderful price! We are thrilled with the end result 😃

Great experience
The service and professionalism Bec offered through the entire sale process was nothing short of brilliant. She delivered on everything she did and kept me well informed throughout the entire process. Bec sold my home within 2 weeks and got the price I wanted for the property. I couldn't recommend Bec highly enough to anyone looking for someone to sell their home with.

Selling during COVID
Dave was recommended to us by a friend and he did not disappoint. Dave showed nothing but professionalism during our sale in difficult circumstances (COVID-19). Dave guided us every step of the way and was a straight shooter. I found him to be very ethical and trust worthy.
