I can’t praise Roland and his team highly enough. I was selling my home of nearly 40 years so it was not only a very stressful time but also very emotional. But, Roland, true to his word made my experience stress free. He was with me every step of the way. I received daily updates and face to face contact on a regular basis. My home was sold within a week of the first open home. I had 8 offers and the house sold above the top asking price. Even after the house had sold Roland would ring or msg me to see how I was coping with packing up 40 years of memories. He even supplied packing boxes and the offer of a free storage unit for two months. Dave has proven himself to be a man of his word. He said we would sell our house and he did quickly, efficently and with a minimun of fuss. We conducted our business over the phone and via email as we don't live locally. His use of those mediums is very effective. No wasting time, no information overload just honest and unvarnished advice about the best way to sell our property. I was very impressed from my first conversation with Dave. David was the ultimate professional. David's line of communication was always open - not once did we have to chase him up for anything. He sat down with us and explained what was going to happen during the whole sales process and continued to follow up with us during that process. He found that fine balance between not making us feel like we were being hassled but at the same time never making us wonder what was going on. Speaking of communication, no empty promises were made. What made us employ him as our agent was that he not only told us what he was able to do but how he was going to do it while keeping in mind our own expectations. All of the above is why I believe that our house sold in 10 days well above our expectations.
