From the moment Roland stepped into our home he were present with us. This was consistent every step of the way. We immediately felt at ease and in good hands. It was a bonus I’m a sucker for a white shirt and well fitted jacket. His warm, calm nature was just what we needed at a time when we felt incredibly vulnerable with our asset, our home & our heart. People don’t always cope when there is a mix of head and heart but Roland does effortlessly. He valued it and achieved what he said he would, which is rare. We achieved highest sale for our suburb for 3bed for the year! And the price wasn’t inflated it was what it was worth.
