We had two properties on the market at the same time. One at Bonville and the other at Sapphire. They both settled about a week apart so we were very happy with the outcome. We are now starting to build at Urunga and have two more at Sapphire to be built in 2017. We will be using Michael Close and Langlands Real Estate for the marketing of these properties as well.
