I was told about Rent Exchange 2 years ago and changing over was the best decision I have made since purchasing my investment property. Pete and Jess are super efficient and friendly. I am regularly provided with updates on matters such as the changes in legislation introduced last year. Essential checks are carried out when due and regular inspections are conducted. My long term tenant moved out recently and with a minimum of fuss a new tenant was found and signed up within a week.
