Pete Larkis is the agent I deal with, he has looked after the apartment for about 7 years. He is very knowledgeable, always contactable, if busy contacts me back as soon as is possible. Nothing is too much trouble and he has always given good advice on everything from maintenance to letting. Whatever he deals with he keeps me in the loop, either with a phone call, text or email. The people in the office answering the phones etc. are also great to deal with, helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Rent Exchange.
