Rent Exchange has excellent skills and knowledge of the rental market and legislation, including legislation that comes into existence suddenly such as the changes relating to Covid-19. They are also able to respond immediately to unexpected events, such as a washer breaking causing water to leak into an apartment below over the weekend. Their customer service, arranging inspections, leases and everything has always been impeccable and I cannot recommend them highly enough.

I moved in and immediately had issues with a neighbor using the parking allocated to the unit I am in. Pete helped to resolve this and work out which neighbor was using the carpark and fix the situation. Accidently omitted the mailbox key from those provided but brought it to my door to ensure I could access mail.

After an incredibly frustrating experience at my previous rental where my property managers (from Hocking Stuart, then Belle—I'd give both ZERO stars!) ignored my pleas to do something about severe leaks for 5 months (I was growing mushrooms out of the skirting boards!), on top of a whole host of other issues I won't get into, my expectations were simply blown out of the water with Rent Exchange! Every issue and request has been responded to within hours, and I've even had people come to fix things during the same business day! My PA Kat has been absolutely incredible, and I couldn't be more impressed with the service and dedication she has demonstrated. As a result, the process of moving in and getting settled has been overwhelmingly smooth and positive. A well deserved 5 stars, only because I couldn't give them 6.
