Writing this review is actually rather hard as the process (applying, signing and receipt of keys) went so smoothly I barely remember it! Comprehensive condition reports, diligent follow-ups on everything from councils to bodies corporate and proactive provision of any and all relevant or useful information about the apartment I ended up renting. If there were ways of improving, they escape me!
