I decided to go with Rent Exchange after feeling like the real estate agencies were somewhat disinterested in property management, and were not invested. I had Sandro look after me and look for a tenant during this very difficult time in the rental market given Covid, I had a very busy period at work, and felt so grateful that I had him to look after everything. Communication was always prompt and easy, and I trusted him to keep me in the loop and his advice. The apartment was rented out in a couple of weeks which was great, as I had feared it would sit on the market for a while given the current climate. I have since been handed over to senior PM Pete Larkis, who has continued the trend of easy and prompt communication, and fitting around my busy work schedule. I feel safe and well looked after in their hands.

I've had my property with Rent Exchange for a number of years now and am well satisfied with their professionalism. During this time tenancies have changed so I have experienced all aspects of their service. From advertising the property on the rental market, managing the tenancy and overseeing the property's maintenance needs, all are managed in an effective and timely manner. In particular, during the COVID-19 pandemic they have adapted to the new environment and cheerfully undertaken the additional administrative activities needed. My property manager Kat is awesome; she maintains excellent communication with me and takes a lot of the worry out of being a landlord.
