The transition into my new house was very smooth, Jordan was available to answer any of my questions, it was all very well organised and such an easy process. The customer service at rent exchange has been great, I received the first house I applied for! It was the first home I really wanted and now I am happily living there, highly recommend!

Couldn’t recommend Rent Exchange more. After dealing with some horrid property managers in previous addresses, it was so refreshing and an absolute pleasure to deal with Pete and Jess from Rent Exchange. They were extremely professional, courteous and prompt in their communications with us throughout move in, and they responded quickly and with solutions to any minor issues we had with entry condition report. Not only that but they just seem like good people, with good intentions and a strong focus on good customer relations. We have recently transferred from another mainstream agent after being extremely unhappy with the lack of service and detailed attention to our property to move to Peter and his team at Rent Exchange. Peter found us new tenants, provided hands on prompt and immediate attention personally to restore the property to good order and have it ready for re-rental.
