Owner and Director of Latham Cusack Property Services’ Lower North Shore - Sarah Latham’s passion and determination to create the ultimate property management experience has been a labour of love that began in 1993. From early beginnings as a letting clerk and with a desire to succeed, Sarah worked her way quickly through the ranks to a position of managing a portfolio of 500 properties on the Lower North Shore, and subsequently growing it to 1300 within 8 years. From this experience, Sarah realised more value could be added to her client’s investments through a more personalised and stream-lined service. Inspired by the dream of owning her own business and forging a new path, Latham Cusack Property Services was born in 2012. Through hard work, dedication and astute management. The fruits of her labour and winning formula saw Latham Cusack Property Services recognised as the winner of the Australian 2013 Real Estate Award for Best New Office. Sarah has revolutionised and challenged the traditional property management model to create more streamlined processes and procedures, while providing her clients with a very professional and efficient level of service and a friendly personalised manner. The business has grown exponentially in its first two years to see the company opening its second office on the Northern Beaches. Sarah owns, manages and operates the Lower North Shore office, an area she knows intimately well as she resides in and has owned investment property there for many years. The majority of Sarah’s new business comes by way of referral from current clients who have been consistently impressed by the service she provides. Committed, Professional Approach Resulting in Fantastic Outcome!!

After just 2 weeks on the market my property was sold prior to Auction, beyond my expectations!! Sarah’s efforts provided me with a fantastic outcome & also made the whole experience, from start to finish, much less overwhelming & stressful for me. Sarah’s friendly, professional approach & commitment to her work & clients is unquestionable. She provides a level of customer service & attention to detail that is rarely found these days, but greatly appreciated. She went above & beyond, keeping me informed while proactively communicating with strata, co-ordinating tradespeople & working closely with the tenants, even adding her own touches to make sure my property looked its best for open inspections. Being interstate, this was all very reassuring & would have been impossible for me to have done & my property would not have been presented at its best if it wasn’t for all her efforts. I can’t thank Sarah or recommend her highly enough.
