I can recommend Angus White and his team at Whitehouse Real Estate based on recent experience with the sale of our property. In essence, Angus was calm, kind, truthful and competent. He provided sound advice and helpful assistance throughout the entire sale process from initial assessment through to the day of settlement. Selling a property during a time of rising interest rates with buyer hesitation presented challenges, yet Angus navigated a way through to achieve a sale within realistic time and price expectations in the current 2026 market.

Excellent communications kept me wwll informed throughout the sales process.

Luke was part of the team that achieved an excellent result for the sale of my unit. The unit sold after only a week on the market for a price above my expectations. Luke was responsible much of the communications with me during the sales process. His clear, timely communications meant I was always aware of how the marketing of my unit was progressing and had complete confidence that the sale of my unit was being handled professionally. While previously working in property management, Luke helped to find excellent tenants for my unit. I can thoroughly recommend Luke for anyone looking for a committed real estate agent.

Great result exceeding my expectations.

The team at Whitehouse Real Estate have been managing my rental property for 23 years. They have done a great job in getting good tenants and ensuring the property was maintained in top condition. Naturally, when it came time to sell my unit, I chose Angus, who incidently sold us our house 23 years ago, and the team at Whitehouse to market my unit, and I wasn't disappointed. From the outset, Angus and team explained the sales process, the options for marketing and kept me informed throughout. The fact that the property sold before auction for a better than expected price is a testament to Angus and team's marketing skills. I was particularly impressed with the way they kept the tenants on board throughout the process so the unit was presented in excellent condition at open houses. I can thoroughly recommend Angus and the team at Whitehouse Real Estate for anyone looking to sell in the lower Northern Beaches.
