Professional excellence!
John O'Reilly is a hands-on, rolled-up-sleeves kind of guy. We gave him the OK to sell our house and before we could take two deep breaths, it was sold at a great price - about what I had expected before I met him. He went above and beyond what I had expected in an agent. His acute market knowledge is obvious and his ethics beyond reproach. He is very friendly and not condescending or patronising like some in his profession that I have encountered in the past. I felt like I was talking to an old friend.

Fast, knowledgable and friendly
As "out of town" buyers we really appreciated Johns local knowledge, tips and he even shared a good spot to go for lunch while we were house hunting. Professional
John showed enthusiasm for our business endeavor from the beginning. Without prompting, he recognised and endorsed all the positives of our property. John clearly mapped the sales approach he envisioned and after our endorsement he made it happen. He knew what sort of clientele would be enraptured with our real estate offering and when they responded, John closed the deal which sounds simple but in our opinion takes an insightful agent to recognise and appropriately sell property. On top of all that, he is a nice bloke who obviously likes people. He is willing to listen and spend time with you. Focus on detail, strategic and purposeful
After meeting John, you very quickly see his point of difference. He is very particular, very focused and intentional in marketing and selling our home. We are very happy with his service. He set expectations, and was a good communicator, especially at the pointy end of the transaction. This resulted in us selling very quickly, due to the interest that was created in our property. Selling is stressful to say the least, John made us feel that we were in control, and guided us to achieve a sale we were very happy with.
