From a communication perspective, he and his team were prompt with their communications both on the phone, Face Timing and via emails. The sales strategy he presented to us was comprehensive and he and his team followed through on the different stages of the selling process. Whilst the end result was on the lower end of our targeted price he still achieved a good result given that the market has slowed considerably and the volume of person looking to buy had weakened.
