After a brief discussion over the phone whilst interstate, the wheels were set in motion. The contract was emailed signed and returned, and Devin went into action and by the second week the advertising was out there and a group of possible buyers identified. Within 4 weeks and two home opens the contract was signed and a settlement date set.
