In a world where the standard of real estate agent has dropped to those of simple order takers, it’s nice to meet an old school agent who arranges times to meet, has genuine interest in the houses they sell and considers the needs of all stakeholders. I bought a house of Devon and was pleased with the experience. He was helpful, got rid of furniture that wasn’t required and made the transition easy. Really appreciate it!

This was an unprofessional organisation. Agents had somewhat sloppy presentation, generally unprofessional demeanor, information not communicated clearly and there were times when the receptionist had to do things on my behalf that really should have been the real estate agent's responsibility. By no means am I blaming the receptionist though.
