It was great working with Devon. He sold my property with little fuss for the price I was expecting. He was professional, and I would recommend him again.

Devon is a very trustworthy and professional individual. He advised me to calm down because there was an incident involving the bank when my loan application was delayed and my contract was about to expire. I would highly recommend Devon, who also helped me with other things. Look forward to continuing to work with him.

I came across Devon through a signage, where he was selling another property in our complex under the name Mr. Belmont. After speaking with him over the phone, I found him to be very knowledgeable about the area, (hence the nickname) and he provided a sound selling strategy for our property. Based on all his help and recommendations, we managed to execute the plan just before Christmas and received an offer shortly after the New Year. Thanks for your help in selling our property, Devon

This was my first experience buying property. Franklin was friendly, patient, communicated clearly, and was quick to answer any questions I had. Overall it was a very positive experience.
