Warm, friendly and efficient
Trish was exactly the right agent for the sale of my house. She gave me good advice about how to get the property ready for sale, meaning it looked great without unneccessary spending. Tara knew the market values and how to market the property to potential buyers in a small country town. Expand the advertising from local shop front to include online real estate platforms. The property would be better aimed at investors looking to buy as a rental property. Investors see more value for their money buying property in towns where they can get into the property market for less than large towns or cities. Tara was very helpful when negotiating with the buyers. She understood our expectations and was able to negotiate us a better deal than the offer given by the buyer. Tara was very approachable and easy to talk to face to face. She kept us informed by phone and emails. If I left a message on her phone, Tara always rang back in a timely manner. Tara answered all my questions on things I didn't understand or I needed help with. Tara helped with the photos and marketing of the property. I would not hesitate to recommend Tara in listing a property for sale.
