Lawson Real Estate Specialist

Choosing Anne as our Real Estate Agent was the best decision we made for selling our property. You kept us informed every step of the way and got us a fantastic result. Anne's knowledge of the local housing market helped us price our home right. The photos and listing details were so good. Anne always answered our questions quickly and guided us through every offer with care. You turned a stressful time into a less challenging journey. Highly recommended. 5 Star service!

Kylie knew and understood the market, offered advice, was always ready to talk with us - both while we were selling 3 Smith Street, and through the difficult times trying to find somewhere else in Tumby Bay that we could afford (and still have money for a dream holiday). She even directed us to properties she was not actually handling when she had nothing suitable on her books. Whoever heard of an agent doing that before? Always cheerful, always helpful, always friendly - what more could a person want? I would want her as my real estate agent any time I had property to sell or buy.

Very professional team who took care of everything for me due to their market knowledge and excellent communication. I was understandably anxious and stressed about the sale of my home. But Kylie and her Team were able to talk things over with me and put me at my ease. The sale of my home was very quick and very positive with a very good outcome.
