Probably the most realistic and helpful real estate agent I have ever dealt with.
Kylie knew and understood the market, offered advice, was always ready to talk with us - both while we were selling 3 Smith Street, and through the difficult times trying to find somewhere else in Tumby Bay that we could afford (and still have money for a dream holiday). She even directed us to properties she was not actually handling when she had nothing suitable on her books. Whoever heard of an agent doing that before? Always cheerful, always helpful, always friendly - what more could a person want? I would want her as my real estate agent any time I had property to sell or buy.

We can't fault the communication with Anne at Lawson Real Estate.
As we lived interstate it made it a kettle more difficult organisation time wise to co ordinate with the owner and us to drive over from Mandurah WA to look for a suitable home to retire to. Anne went above and beyond getting measurements for us to check if things would fit as we failed to check things when there. The vendor was not as easy to deal with when inspections were organised so it was a little tense for us all to deal with but come moving day we were just glad to get the keys and move in. There were alot of surprises left by the vendor that created some stress but I think we and agent have been glad the process has completed fairly stress free. Thank you for the lovely hamper it is really a beautiful touch.

Professional without the fuss.
Kylie knows the Tumby Bay market inside out. She is well known in the community so often has the 'inside knowledge' when helping her clients buying or selling. Communication and Honesty
Anne was excellent. We were interstate buyers but at no time did we feel like we missed out by not being in person. Multiple video calls to view, review and pre-post settlement was probably more viewings than if we lived nearby. Always was available, always updated, and honest and reliable information throughout.
