From the first point of contact Trent was fantastic. Very friendly yet professional. He gave us some tips to get the house looking good before the photos. Before I found Adam I was with another Real Estate Agent. I had them come one day apart of each of and they saw the same house. First was very impressed on how the house looked. And gave us the sense that we have done well. The Second Person Was Adam, he was impressed as well but the key difference Adam believes could do better. He told us get a pen and paper and follow him. Adam then proceeded room to room picking small details that he believes that we can fix. When the property was up for sale. Adam had 7 groups of people in the first day and we received 3 offers. I met with Adam and Melinda firstly via a video call during COVID lockdown. After a tour of my home Adam advised me that if possible I needed to get my house ready to be listed as soon as restrictions lifted which he anticipated just prior to Melbourne Cup weekend. Both Melinda and Adam went above and beyond in the lead up assisting with contacts and trades while navigating lockdown laws, their communication was outstanding. The plan was executed to perfection and after only 48 hours on the market my house was sold for well above the asking price. I would strongly recommend Trent to anyone whom is looking to sell or purchase a property, house or other in the region. We sold our vacant lot in Sunbury with Trent in Nov 2020, at the tail-end of the Victorian Coronavirus Lockdown. We had a "test the market" mentality, not expecting miracles as such an uncertain time. Trent picked up our case extremely quickly. He was able to map out a very realistic plan, with stages and a road map for how we would go about the sale. He got to work straight away and quickly organised everything with extreme ease. As a result of his quick action we sold before we even properly put the property on the market and for a rate above expectations in a very uncertain time. This was nothing short of an exceptional result. My wife and I are working professionals and manage a few properties.
