In what was ultimately a regrettable sale, Trent was always very respectful, kind, and genuine in his approach. Nothing was ever an issue or too difficult. He always ensured I was happy and comfortable with the process, and never once was there added pressure or stress. During two covid-19 lockdowns with no inspections allowed from anyone outside Regional Vic, Trent never doubted he would sell our home and meet our expectations. He kept in touch the entire time, and remained positive and unfazed by the change in circumstances.
