We met Adam Sacco about a year ago , when we were contemplating when to sell our house, fast forward to October 2019 and we met up again to go through the onerous process of selling.Adam has lived in Sunbury all his life, his knowledge of the area, upcoming events, schools etc is impressive, he guided us through the sale with enthusiasm, positivity, never doubting. He suggested easy things to do to present our house in the best possible way, the photos, video and brochure were brillant.His main objective was to have a happy vendor, and no doubt a happy buyer as well, he didn't want to force a sale if the parties weren't happy. He gave us feed back from the open inspections, prospective buyers and preceeded in a way to cause us as little inconvenience as possible. Our home sold quickly, with Adam's guidance , he made the experience almost painless. Thank you Adam and your team, you were great.

I can't say thank you enough to Trent! I gave him the task of selling my unit by Christmas and he achieved it less than a month after listing for the price I wanted and with a reasonably short settlement. It was a very stressful time for me but he kept his cool, was incredibly professional and did his utmost to make the process stress free and as smooth as possible whilst achieving a great result. On top of it all, he is an awesome person and great guy and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anyone looking for a gun agent that is also going to be honest and down to earth. Melinda has always been most approachable. Melinda quoted a price range and said that she would aim for the top of that range, in next to no time this was achieved and the price was at the top of the range. Melinda gave us advice in preparing or house for sale and After the Sale she gave us guidance in acquiring our next property and setting conditions. Melinda stay across the sale of our property when the purchaser requested an extension twice. We were kept informed to the situation at all times. I can highly recommend Melinda to any body selling a house.
