Professional, amazing, exceptional - these words are thrown around and dont seem to describe our experience. From the moment Adam walked into my kitchen, I knew he was the man for us. He was straight to the point, no exaggerated promises or unattainable sale prices - Adam knows the market and told me straight what was going to happen. We chose 3 local real estates to interview and none of them came close to Leading. He was professional when discussing other real estate agent, no put downs and showed the ultimate respect to his competition. He was honest in what we needed to do to get our house up to sale standard, what buyers are looking for and what needs to be in place to get a great result. And by honest I mean - knowing what will attract the buyers eye and what can be left as it is. Our house sold well under the time frame we expected, communication was above and beyond - even coming by with his family on a Sunday evening to sign the contracts. No question was ever too much - if he didnt know the answer, he knew where to find it. His team are a family and it showed during the open houses - smiling, knowledgeable, professional! The credit and success are shared within the team, not individually! We were selling during a highly stressful period in our lives, and to be honest - Adam did everything!
