Frank and Tony are by far the most professional and efficient estate agents I have every used. Not only did they set the correct proce range for the sale of our house but they managed to sell it within 2 weeks of being advertised. As the owner of his own business " Leased & Sold" he has gathered a team of professionals to service both Vendors and Purchasers in Melbourne. When we engaged Tony to sell our property he undertook a comprehensive appraisal of the property , factored in to consideration the current property market pulse with the 08 consecutive Interest Rate rises since May '22 and gave us a very realistic sale property. This was in contrast to other Real Estate Agents who gave us a Sale price that was very attractive and it was a price that reflected 'pre interest ' rate rise sale prices. We felt more comfortable with Tony's appraisal as is was based on the current economic state of the property market and we had no hesitation in engaging "Leased & Sold" to sell our property. The property was on the market for approx. 5 weeks and sold in 4 weeks with settlement taking place in under 4 weeks . The sale price was great and we were extremely happy with the outcome. Tony and his team are very upfront with clients, no false/inflated promises, no cutting corners, work within the rules and professionalism is far excellence.
