The team at LJR were fabulous. They inspected the property and gave us a realistic valuation, which was a really good starting point for us to know what to expect. They also provided very clear and practical guidance over what small jobs could be done to maximise the value of the property. They had contractors we could work with but we did not have to, so we used a mix of our own and their contractors to complete some renovations. Thanks to their great insight, we had 7 offers in within 4 days from listing on the market, all well above the asking price. The sale went through smoothly, which was fantastic.
