It's a monumental task buying a home and when some knowledgeable, helpful and reliable person is by your side it makes the job easier and much more pleasant and this is all what you get and some more when you go through with Leighton Jones. The biggest plus is that they are extremely upfront and if an offer goes through they will put it up on the website the very next day and not keep having open homes and keeping the other hopeful people in the blind. Their work culture is impeccable, they are easily approachable and they are an extremely honest team who will make it clear what is possible and what is not. We have had interaction with Brenton and Colin and the experience has been fantastic. We bought our house with Brenton's aid and he is this amazing fellow who helped us seal the deal in less than a week while being courteous, efficient and easily approachable. Unlike some agents which we have had interaction with you can trust them to be extremely polite and well mannered gentlemen. Overall I couldn't have been more thankful to have gone via them for buying our house.

Brenton Learmonth was on top of everything, keeping us in the loop and making sure everything from his end happened on time. From start to finish the purchasing experience was smooth and confident - even when things (especially the banks!) were rocky during the early months of the pandemic!
