I have worked with John as both a buyer and now twice as a vendor. I believe what sets him apart from other agents is primarily his communication skills. It may sound simple but just his commitment to answer a call or return one asap is appreciated and I've found when dealing with other agents this trait is surprisingly not very common. As a vendor I want to be confident that my agent is accessible to potential purchasers and I have that confidence with John and his team. In terms of results he delivered two written offers above our expectations within a week of putting our first house on the market. The second time we sold with him, being last month he again delivered with three written offers inside of a week, again all above our expectations. You can't ask for more than that. Clear communication and if you trust and follow his advice great results will follow. Highly recommended.
