In very difficult circumstances Glen was instrumental in limiting the losses on the property caused by an incompetent joint executor and the involvement of another questionable agent. Without his efforts the losses would have been at least double what they were. it's all very well to get the best price for a property in normal circumstances but to do so in the situation that arose was a mark of thorough professionalism. As indicated below the eventual sale price was below my original expectations, but without Glen's efforts it would have been a whole lot worse.
