Definitely not disappointed as Glenn was able to place a realistic valuation which attracted the right buyer in a reasonably short space of time. Glenn was on the ball through the whole process, kept me in the loop all the way, was open and honest with both myself and the purchaser, was a very good negotiator and nothing was too much trouble including going well out of his way to assist both myself and the purchaser.
