Marketing was done really well with open homes every weekend and a number of inspections by appointment resulting in over 17 offers from several buyers within the first few weeks. When a contracted buyer withdrew during the cooling off period, Chris was incredibly quick to negotiate a new contract with another buyer within a few days.
