I purchased my first property from Joe in 2011. From the perspective of a purchaser I liked Joe's style of selling the property. He was never to pushy and came across honest. Since this time Joe has sold 3 properties for my family and I. I cannot fault Joe and his knowledge of the Real Estate market in the area. The thing I like most about Joe and why I continued to use him is because Joe is not your usual Real Estate. Most Real Estate agents to me come across as arrogant. Joe is not like this. He is very approachable and has vast knowledge. He always stays in touch and with you and give's you updates. I find that a lot of Real Estate's make unrealistic expectations, Joe is not like this he is very honest. I would recommend Joe and Limestar Real Estate when selling your property.
