Had a good experience with Deidre from the word go to the sale of the property
She had an excellent knowledge of market prices and achieved a sale figure higher than the asking price. After the sale went through we had daily communication via e-mail & telephone regarding contractual and repair matters etc. keeping me informed every step of the way. I could not have had a better experience and commend her for her dedication.

very pushy to accept first offer, from the second offer was accepted never heard from her again, not on the lead up to settlement or following.

This agent knows her stuff!
If you are looking for a real estate agent to sell your home or investment then do yourself a favour and make sure you speak to Deidre Woods. Deidre is a very experienced agent and will provide you an accurate assessment of what you need to know and do to sell your property. This was my 1st property as an interstate owner and even as an experienced investor 15 years later i still had a fond connection to it. Deidre treated the sale with respect but importantly objective advisory so i knew when a deal came forward what decisions I needed to make. She knew how to read the buyer, negotiate terms to defend me and in the final hours before settlement was incredibly selfless to go above an beyond to manually remove grafitti from a fence to not stall settlement. Diedre looked after us extremely well and we were very happy with the result.
Diedre was very friendly and approachable and gave us a lot of confidence that she would be able to obtain a good result for us. In the end the price we got for the sale of our property was above what we expected and the sale was very quick. Deidre's suggestions and recommendations all proved to be very helpful and overall the whole experience was very positive.

Diedre is very knowledge based and conducted herself in a very professional manner.
I met Diedre when my Mum passed away, she was introduced to me through my Uncle Lin who I had approached to sell Mum’s home. The first day I met Diedre was at Mum’s home my immediate reaction she was warm and caring. As we walked around the house, she didn’t look at the home as another house to sell she looked around with a smile visualizing the person who had lived in it. My first reaction was Mum would have liked Diedre and I immediately warmed to her. In the months following Diedre became much more than a Real estate agent she became a confidant a friend and an advocate for myself and my family. She made the pathway easier always keeping me informed regarding the sale of the house and the next step going forward, nothing would be too much trouble when I asked her for advice or opinion. Diedre always acted in a very professional manner going above and beyond what was expected of her. When the house was sold and the keys were passed into the real estate office, I felt like I had lost another connection to my Mum. Diedre phoned me the day settlement had taken place to congratulate me it was during that call I realized I would always have the memories of my parent’s home and on this journey, I gained Diedre as a friend. I can’t express enough how much I appreciate Diedre and her teams kindness and empathy during a very difficult time for myself and my family.
