Dee went out of her way from day one to be available for us the view the unit as we live in the country. She has followed that up with being a go between with SGIC to see if they were accepting the claim for the work that needed to be done. Once they declined it and it was to be paid by the vendor she got hold of Claude and got him organised to do the work and also she spoke to Lauren at Aaron Conveyancing to get her to organise with vendor's conveyancer to hold monies in trust from the sale monies. She also organised a carpet layer to come in and stretch the carpet prior to us moving furniture in. Thank you Dee.
