Lynne Hayden is the mover and shaker who founded LINKS Property and continues to shape its direction along with her talented team. She is a champion of the coastal lifestyle and lives and breathes the Surf Coast sensibility with her young family. A licensed agent (together with a B.Bus public relations, and Ass Dip in IT) with 15 years in the industry, Lynne understands the value of coastal property and rates the Surf Coast as a strategic lifestyle investment. Lynne’s favourite aspect of work (which she doesn’t really consider work) is being part of the rich emotional journey people embark on when they buy or sell a property. “Nothing beats the thrill of having an overjoyed vendor and a blissful buyer. It’s magical.” says, Ms Hayden.

Suzy Jones is thrilled to have turned a life-long passion for property into a rewarding career. Before joining the real estate industry, she worked in both the Leisure, Community and Planning & Environment Units of the Surf Coast Shire where she stockpiled know-how on local infrastructure, building regulations and subdivisions. In 2007, Suzy was ready for a new challenge, and established Coast Retreats, a boutique holiday rental booking service for luxury coastal homes. The following year she joined LINKS Property as our Sales and Leasing Consultant. Owning a personal investment property in Jan Juc gives Suzy a valuable perspective on property investment (and is a sure sign of her confidence in the local market). She was the driving force behind the LINKS Property fundraising campaign for Breast Cancer Network Australia and feels blessed to continuously celebrate the strengths of professional women as a member of our all-female team. Suzy loves communicating with people and building relationships that last. She thrives on finding the right home for a client, securing the right tenant for a landlord and linking a tenant with a property they’ll love to live in. She is highly skilled in creating opportunities for win-win outcomes. Her simple, personal mantra echoes the sentiment: “Do what you, do and do it well”. Suzy herself is a sea changer. Having made the move from Melbourne to Torquay in 2000, the Surf Coast is now her spiritual home. She and her young family embrace the active coastal lifestyle with gusto – bike riding, gym, yoga, beach time and fishing.
