I didn't want to sell my property in Torquay but circumstances meant that I had to. Suzy sold me the property initially and then Links and the team handled leasing of it subsequently so it made sense to me to have them sell the property when I needed to do so as they were so familiar with it. I had hoped for a better outcome based on independent valuation but you can only sell something to someone who wants to buy and Suzy eventually sold the property to one of the early prospects which illustrated her persistence.

As long-distance purchasers, we found Lynne incredibly helpful in providing information, organising inspections and trades, and answering all our queries as quickly as possible.
