This is not my first experience with Lions, I have used them in the past and always achieve the best result. Ali sold my unit for record price in our building complex. Ali is very knowledgeable about the market and was very professional in his sale approach and sold our unit within the first week. What I particularly liked about Ali's approach is there is no typical agent nonsense, he didn't show me 100's of offers to prove to me he is doing his job. He selected the best leads and pursued them for the best result rather than try to work me and convince me of a price just to get the property sold. I told him my expectation and he worked to achieve it which is rare in a agent these days. I highly recommend Ali and his team.
