Ali is Very knowledgeable when it comes to realestate, providing details such a sales price, rent prices and providing history of the neighbourhood and property.They have been able to secure properties for me at reasonable prices than any other agency while selling it at prices that seemed fair for the owner price . Amazing & experienced agent! My experience from the get go with Ali was great! I had alot of other agents give me a Market appraisal before I met Ali, I found him to be extremely experienced with great local knowledge & what he said made sense. This definitely reflected in his work ethic & results, from advertising to presentations everything was spot on. He is extremely diligent & worked very hard to get me a sale at a challenging time. I had an excellent experience dealing with Ali regarding the sale of my unit, he was a professional, experienced, patient and understandable agent. He's not like other agents who bother you all the time with phone calls or emails, instead he works to your convenience.
